We serve you the special Japanese * Kaiseki-ryori courses
using fresh seafood in season taken from the Setonaikai sea and more.

Kaiseki-ryori is a meal originally used for Japanese traditional tea ceremony.

appetizer, boiled food, baked food, raw "Sashimi" fish, fried food, a vinegered food, rice, Japanese soup and fruit.

Popular food materials in Hiroshima

1, Oyster
Hiroshima is the most famous region in Japan for its catch of good oysters.
They have thick flesh and very sweet taste, and their shells are large and long.
We cook them in various styles including Japanese, Western and Chinese.
Frying, boiling, or cooking with rice enhance their original taste.

2, Conger eel "Anago"
Anago is fished in the sea near Hiroshima and also popular as Hiroshima production among Japanese people.
Although it looks like Japanese eel "Unagi", it is less greasy and has lighter taste than Unagi.
You can enjoy the delicious taste of it by baking it after dipping in sweet soy sauce,
or by frying it as Tempra.

Noodles
Udon is made of kneaded wheat flour called "Udon-ko."
Soba is a thinner brownish noodle made from buckwheat flour called "Soba-ko."
